The Ford Fusion is a four-door, five-passenger mid-size sedan manufactured and marketed by the Ford Motor Company. From the 2006 through 2020 model years, two generations of the Fusion have been produced in gasoline, gas/electric hybrid, and gas/plug-in electric hybrid variants. The Fusion was manufactured at Ford's Hermosillo Stamping and Assembly plant in Sonora, Mexico, alongside its rebadged variant the Lincoln MKZ, and formerly the Mercury Milan, both of which share its CD3 platform.

Samuel of Boca Raton said, "I was the owner of a 2016 Ford Fusion. Ford announced an air bag recall. I repeatedly contacted Ford Motor Company and the dealer starting on the day after receipt of the recall notice. They informed me that replacements were not available and I would just have to wait. They refused to offer a replacement, a loaner or a reasonable trade. After nine months of driving under fear of injury I traded the car in at a Ford dealership for $3000 less than the blue book value for a car in pristine condition. I would not do a private sale because of the defect. A broker advised me that they would not buy it because of the open recall and that the open recall reduced the value of the car. The Ford representative at the pre-trial meeting refused to provide any compensation.

The mediator who met with us and Ford discouraged us from continuing the suit, saying that we could not possibly win. We foolishly dropped the suit, not wanting to incur court costs if we lost. (I believe, in retrospect that the mediator may have been in cahoots with Ford and regret our decision to back down.) Ford motor company continued to manufacture new vehicles with air bags while failing to address the needs of existing customers and failing to address a safety issue in a timely manner. Their legal department and consumer relations department does not take responsibility for and remedy valid customer complaints."

Former Employee - Anonymous Employee says

"There seems to be continuously changing focus since the company launched."

Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) says

"I wouldn't waste your time here! When you first log on for your shift and it's slow they will call you and tell you to log off and come back another time. They only want you logged on with they need you. They have a horrible loop hole where they will kick you off the phones any chance they get. Just to save them a dollar NothingThey will call you and tell you to log off even if you were scheduled. HR is horrible."

MRO (Current Employee) says

"Bad management causing staff to leave, atmosthere is terrible due to sever punishment for the slightest mistake. i would recomend a workhouse over this companynoneawful management, no structure"

Key Holder (Current Employee) says

"The culture in still very old. No one is given the chance to make simple decisions. Management lacks real focus and is very scattered, all the time. Almost everything has to be reviewed and approved by CEO himself which makes it very difficult to scale.Inadequate Management"

cableur reseaux telecom (Former Employee) says

Account Manager (Former Employee) says

"Hired to be an account manager for pre-established accounts. 2 weeks in and I was told to make 80 calls/day while trying to run 3-5 appointments a week and meet financial goals that the owner randomly created. My compensation package changed randomly due to the owner's inability to plan and hire appropriately. My commission rate was cut in half and then only applied to certain deals. Owner loves to talk about himself and his "plans" for the company. Lost hours per day listening and yet still expected to meet goals he set in place.decent payunreasonable owner, high-stress cold calling, no insurance"
